My 2 cents worth :

I believe that when all the dust settles we will find that K.E. and Iomega's Board of Directors had a very serious disagreement as to the direction that the Company should go .

It is hard for me to believe that Iomega has not been approached by a much larger Company in merger talks .

Iomega needs to affiliate themselves with a much larger company in order for them to ramp into the huge market that they find themselves into with the Clik and all . Iomega does not have the muscle to do the job by themselves IMO .

Time will tell ,
