Tier-One ISP to Offer Cable and Wireless Providers with "ISP
Ready" Solution Using Hybrid Networks Broadband Access Equipment
Icon CMT Corp. (NASDAQ:ICMT), the tier-one Internet Solutions
Provider, today announced a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement with
Hybrid Networks Inc. (NASDAQ:HYBR).
This partnership combines Hybrid's advanced broadband access
equipment with Icon CMT's nationwide network infrastructure, providing
a turnkey solution for non-traditional ISPs to offer Internet services
to customers.
Icon CMT is a leading tier-one ISP offering value-added Internet,
intranet and extranet solutions. Under the agreement, Icon CMT will
package Hybrid's Series 2000 cable or wireless modem/routers and
headend equipment with internet access, hosting services and 24x7
support - providing cable, broadcast, telco and utility companies with
an "ISP ready" solution.

Networks products offer aggregated downstream bandwidth of 30Mbps per
6 MHz video channel and upstream cable to 5Mbps, telephone return up
to 33.6Kbps, or router return via ISDN, Frame Relay or T1.
