"Re the questions posed in your 3/18 message--we consider our financing alternatives all the time vis-a-vis our current and anticipated future requirements. An IPO is certainly one possibility, along with many others. It would be innappropriate for us to speculate about the impact of an IPO or any other transaction on shareholders of SLH."

I think he knows that an IPO is an eventuality.

I think it will occur the latter part of this year. October 1998. IMHO.

Since SLH Corp owns 32% they will either have to increase their ownership to 100% of Syntroleum and merge with Syntroleum or;
Keep SLH Corp as a separate entity and give SLH Corp shareholders the option of converting existing shares into 1 share of new Syntroleum stock for every 3 shares of SLHO owned.
Anyone else care to speculate?
