Well, I was sure that they hadn't likely singled out just my modem. As it stands I am in no rush. It looks like continuing with x2 may just be fine until fall, for my situation anyway. What do I need with buggy modem firmware? With the standard in view, and my x2 yielding 52K almost every time, I can wait.
