Brian old boy - Can you please give me your spin on the sudden resignation of AMD's Chief Financial Man? Might he be the one who is reponsible for the quagmire that AMD is in, yield-wise? Maybe per chance he is the gent responsible for ordering the wrong equipment for that new fab down in Texas?
I'm a bit miffed by these turns of events but if they ultimately will help the technical side with some ballast, then perhaps it's a good development, eh?
On another note - do you expect AMD to experience difficulties going forward with their attempts to raise another Billion Dollars US - what with the financial fellow taking an early powder?
Do share with me with your thoughts.
Reggie
