Thanks Wiz. Very informative. I'm glad to hear that you are sensing the winds of change from CS on the service side. Does the link below (Oct 97)surprise you at all? www2.computerworld.com Any thoughts on my Nortel comment re: Spectrum? Also, how do you feel Cabletron is managing this opportunity (Spectrum)...fumbling or maximizing? Can they leverage Spectrum into hardware wins if the product line-up is up to snuff? Would you prefer to see Spectrum outside of CS? Just one more. Like most finance geeks, I'm convinced we will not have a big four by 2000, but I'd like to hear from your perspective as a customer if this makes sense.
