I just called Preferred Financial. They told me that the deal will not be closed on Myriad until the end of next week, not this week. Audited financials are being held to somehow include with that.

I don't fully understand it but trust Ira knows what he's doing.

Also, the conference call is on for tomorrow.

I think I may change my user name to Job for the patience I am being forced to show here. I am sure it will be worth the wait.
