Yes they can but as you may know
the decimal must derive from being
a multiple of 1/32 when nasdaq and
1/16 when AMEX, NYSE.

example:

buying NASDAQ stock 20.03125, 20.06250 ... 20.96875

BTW can anyone tell me if enabling margin account with
Datek includes any fees. I mean is 7%APR their only
income from lending or is there a fee. Furthermore is 7%APR
aplied to every amount that is margined or is for instance
10.000$ some minimum amount for this 7%.
