The hidden importance in this lawsuit is not the impact of the lawsuit itself - $200,000 is not likely to cause great harm to the company, especially when they were allegedly already obligated to pay it. The real point of interest to investors here is the apparent control of the company by Pattison Hayton, which many here had hoped had been conveniently swept under the rug. Now he is allegedly authorized to sign checks on behalf of the company, where the company's own officers are not, and also is allegedly majority shareholder of the company.
