Kevin.... I don't feel picked on. But I did call Cymedix Lynx. They do nothing in the way of skilled nursing, neither SNF management nor nurse staffing management. The company also claims to not sell their software product. Rather they give it, free of charge to participating physicians for their use. The software applications connect doctors to hospitals, managed care companies and insurance companies. These hospitals and companies pay Cymedix Lynx a fee whenever a doctor connects.

Personally, I like this type of business model because it doesn't require a computer system sale(s) to anybody, and it doesn't require a large sales force to call on doctors because the participating doctor gets the software free.

As for the litigation. I am not a lawyer, but that news release certainly read like that Florida company did some bad stuff.
