Dexx, from what I can tell Mr Arnold is trying to do is

1, actually get the WOTD/CVIA merger done... so that they will have a viable and income producing company... and the new management in place

2, my understanding is the new company is and has agressively pursued some "mom and pop" type of independants... who for whatever reason would like to either sell or be included into a larger more "powerful" public company. I have heard and am relativly certain there is 1 of these mom and pop shops waiting to join as soon as the merger is done.... I ve heard rumors speculation or hype as many as 5 to 7 are also wanting to join up soon after the merger is done. Once again I think 7 within the year is a bit of over expectation. I can see maybe 3 shops being acquired in maybe in 6 months after the merger, thats possible. But thats really getting out there and hustling and catching some lucky breaks. And a lawyer that doesnt mess around and drag these things out longer than neccesary

3. I've heard some unsubstanciated thoughts that several larger "chains" and distributors are interested in possibly join up with WOTD... Truth or fiction? I guess time will tell

4. To me it looks like Mr Arnold has a well thought out business plan, to grow through expansion, and "low cost aquisitions (sp?) especially if the interested shops/companies are willing to accept a cash/stock type of take over... if he does a reverse split and earmarks the shares for growth.. that is cool with me... growth is the key word, keeps a lid on cash outlays and generates expansion, shoot do a 1000 to 1 roll back if it means aquire 100 mom and pops... WAIT I AM NOT HYPING just on an off the cuff example statement <lol>

Now Big Hawg Farmer if you want to acquire a dirty shell.. you have to accept all the baggage that comes with it... so talk to CPAs lawyers and all those types...

I cant say I have ever seen a HAWG are they plant animal or mineral? <g>

sorry about the spelling I am typing on the fly today on a laptop with a very... uh not good screen <lol>
