Hank, It sounds like you've been sucked in as well.. First of all, Zonagen never made any big deal about the Immumax patent - it was mentioned in the 10k's etc. - that's all - it was never the subject of any significant PR. Zonagen filed a patent application on Immumax - it was kicked back by the patent office. Now, based on your claims about your position & experience tell me that you should know something about the patent process. Have you ever seen an initial patent app kicked back? Sure, often several times, with the company actually having to "educate" the examiner with each filing. There is nothing fraudulent about a rejected patent app. Asensio's report on the Immumax "fraud" claim was worded as if the claim of fraud was raised by a former employee. This situation was presented as if it was one in a chain of nefarious deeds indicating the company was a fraud. The first was the Vasomax patent issue that was debunked today. I wrote a lengthy post about the whole situation - if you care to read it exchange2000.com While we're on the subject of Asensio's misleading reports, he issued another one in Jan. covering the fast dissolving claim vis a vis blood levels of the drug & used a bogus scientific article to prove his point. I wrote another post about this - exchange2000.com If you read those & a few responses you'll get the drift. I understand that your pharmaceutical industry experience causes you some concerns for Vasomax as a drug - we've discussed that. I hate to see you get sucked up in ALL the other negative crap that's come out with the intent of scaring away small, uninformed investors. Enjoy.
