The company has good products and only needs a management team which has credibility and successful experience.

Today's sharp spike on a rumor of Par Chadha's resignation should make it clear to everyone that credibility at the top is the key issue, following quarters of false promises and poor performance.

Par should indeed leave, and then watch his shares appreciate under new leadership.
