Take a close look at yet another Internet stock BVSN, when it announced a secondary offering, it creates sort of "uncertainty", some people drove the stock to $15. now after it finished offering, it comes back and set a new high at $19, a 25% gain from last trading day low! Not bad! Same thing will happen to OTEXF, once it closes the deal today that has a conversion price of $20.85, the stock will move higher.
