Take a look at what's going on the schools today - children are being introduced to computers earlier and earlier, and they are mastering them much quicker than you and I could ever reasonably expect. Johnny and Suzy are very likely to want PC's under their Christmas tree this year (if they already don't have them). And heaven help the parent who doesn't make sure the box says, "Intel Inside." Overall, the changes society will go thru w/in the next 5-15 years due to the advanced computer technology looks to be unlike anything seen previously. I look for this to be the reason why co.'s like Intel will be valued more richly than Mickey Mouse or Ronald McDonald. I think your point on not touching, seeing, etc. is an excellent one. But don't you think that time will usher a new place for computers into our daily lives, making what we see, hear, and think centered around computers?
