I didn't intend to imply that you were saying to buy as a takeover candidate. What I was hoping to point out, though, is that the value as a merger or acquisition target is somewhat minimal. One question, however: you state that the co. has quality products. What are you basing this on? Maybe you've seen them. But if the product lines were good, why weren't they selling? Perhaps just bad marketing? I don't know. I agree that the industry is one potential, but please note that the co. has a LOT of competition here, and until ACCUF produces a winning product, the potential is nothing more than. Beyond that, new mgmt. is somewhat new to this particular industry. The potential reward here is substantial, but the risks are pretty big, too.
