FSLA, First Savings Bank of NJ, there doing a secondary conversion, already went public a long time ago, now issuing the rest of the shares...

Have a relative who is a depositor of this bank, wondering if it was worth it to buy some stock at the offer price ($10). I believe existing shareholders will receive some exchange ratio for the shares they hold presently..

Do these things show some pop at the opening, maybe a point or so, any ideas appreciated,??
