I am a recent visitor to SI having been informed about it by our President and CEO, Mr. Mark Williams.

As THE initial founder of this company I feel it is now time that I spoke on some of the issues being raised on this forum. I personally have invested over four years of my time into this project, without any compensation except my founders shares. As the initial link to West Virginia University and the technologies in which ITKG has an interest I personally feel I have been instrumental in bringing technologies to ITKG which will return significant value to the company and its shareholders.

The next step in ensuring the timely commercialization of the technologies was for us to secure our new President and CEO, Mark Williams, as the driving force to achieve this goal.

Your particular issues relating to Mr. Pratt concern me in that your facts as presented are inaccurate. Perhaps you should revisit your sources.

I deal daily with the attorney for the company and am therefore intimately aware of each and every detail relating to corporate matters.
