No wonder nothing makes sense, I bought the wrong dictionary <fg>(foolish grin)...sorry about that. I need to learn a little more before I visit Brazil. Thanks for posting the news...these concerns have been around. In trying to read between the lines, it sounds like potential buyers may be suggesting reduced interest unless some of these issues are changed yet. Wish I knew when advisor selection news was coming...might determine whether or not today is a buying opportunity. Fighting with selling more puts. regards, sf
