I think that winning the San Francisco license for only
$23M was a major win for WCII. Note that it covers the
entire San Francisco Bay Area, including Silicon Valley,
San Jose, Berkeley, etc... The demand for high speed
Internet access is huge, the weather is relatively good, and
the vegetation relatively sparse. Frankly, I do not
understand how NextBand could let this license slip
away from its grasp.
