Exactly how much profit ( lets say someone got in on the low and out on the high) regarding ATXI could someone had made. I do not think the risk was worth the reward if LE new ATXI was not the company. All it would have took was someone of authority to say NO ATXI was not the company (ie IRA) and LE would be holding his choo choo Too risky. If he knew it was the wrong Company
