I got a NASD's Datek disclosure a couple weeks ago and it shows a relatively clean record. It doesn't cover all kinds of disciplinary actions, however. In 97 they paid a $12,000 fine for trading in Florida without registration and lost a NASD arbitration for ~$3000 for "unauthorized trading, breach of fiduciary dt, account-related breach of contract." In 96 they paid $10,000 for aggregating SOES orders and $6000 for "executions-failure to execute."
