Like I am trying to explain to some of the NC proponents, a large hardware comp. can put together a PPro 200mhz machine with 32mb memory that will absolutely blow away any NC for just a few dollars more (about $1,080 - give or take). the NC will simply end up being a PC. The risc boys cannot develop economies of scale quickly enough to compete with Wintel.
