A friend of mine is a UPS employee. Says that returns of GTW's are very rare compared to the other computers she delivers. Couple that with the highest ranking for customer service for three years in a row and you have a winning combination. Maybe the folks upstairs are not so lucky after all? I know of one fellow that ordered 10 Dells for his office. 10 out of 10 DOA! Orca
