Thoughts on "freedom of the press" for whatever it's worth.

What SGA does in promoting this and other companies is not illegal, or even questionable in terms of offering "a legitimate fee-paid service". They clearly state they "may" hold an interest in the stocks they promote. In the old SOL investor package there was included a copy of SGA as an endorsement. SGA's "sources" likely are covered under 1st ammendment protection and would likely require a court order to be identified. My gripe with this whole thing is that the very people who buy into all this unsubstantiated speculation often are the same people who freak out and sell when the wild claims turn out NOT to be true. My initial OUTRAGE over recent events started with the mass dilution of the company's stock.

If you believe that certain entities know in advance of all the POSITIVE developments, you (I) have to believe the same is true of the NEGATIVE developments as well....it's just common sense folks. Some of the negatives include the "private" investigation which began on Oct. 4th. Other events include the apparent departure of most of the company's sales/technical personnel (hey, this is a small company) you would think that the fee paid "news service" might include a hint that something MAJOR was about to hit the fan. The lack of such disclosure would logically indicate that either (a) SGA knows squat about what really goes on. or (b) They do, but only look out for their OWN self-serving interests...leaving all of you CHUMPS who subscribe holding the bag. What other conclusions could one reach????
