It looks like they assumed $750K debt of Hayton. Who is Palmero. He obviously was not well liked by the former employee. I wonder how this bankruptcy has turned out? One thing I am certain of is that when the financials come out the only positive number we are likely to see is the top line. You dont screw around with people like this unless you are tight on funds.
