Shawn -

Why not have more than one product and be in more than one growth industry?

I have to disagree - I am an EE and have designed several products for the film/video industry. I know what it takes to bring a design to market. It is a huge consumer of time and monetary resources. I don't mind exploration in a wide variety of avenues, but I would prefer to see them focus on just one (or at least one niche) and make it excellent. Jim B has indicated that TNRG is also of that mindset, which is good.

So with that logic...you must only invest your resources in one stock at a time?

Of course not, however that is not quite the correct analogy. What I DO do is invest in companies that are involved with something that someone with my technical background can relate to. (I trade all sorts of companies) That is why my core holdings like TAVA and IOM (am long gone, but was in at $4 and made 6,000%) do well, I understand them.

Anyway, my guess would be that they issue stock..Look at how many times World Com has issued stock in its acquisitions and even MCI didn't seem to mind!If Nighthawk is confident enough in Tilton and TNRG to take stock, and have to wait till 1999, then why shouldn't we be?

Agreed - though it is still a good idea to flip it over and shake it a few times and see if anything comes loose!

Looking forward to tomorrow...

JohnnyH

PS - I would love to see some action in EXTI!
