the fact remains.. the FACT. that 28.8 can't deliver anywhere near TV quality video. This is an INDISPUTABLE fact. And since the majority of internet users are connected at 28.8, that means that Zulu's "video ad" technology cannot exist. It will only exist when people have cable modems and other high bandwith devices. At that point, EVERYONE can send video ads, or any other kind of video. So for zulu to claim they can do this now is just an outright lie.

I have a dedicted 128k ISDN at my home, and the video quality I can get from that is still unacceptable. 7 or 8 frames a second, horrible resolution. And I have tried every streaming product on the market.

Not having the technology they boast about is the least of their worries though. With Hayton running the show, the SEC can't be far behind.
