OMAHA, Neb., March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Data Transmission Network Corporation (DTN) (Nasdaq: DTLN) announced today that it has received an unsolicited offer to purchase the Company from a group of investors led by Jerrold S. Pressman. The Company also has become aware that this group of investors has communicated with certain large shareholders in DTN, and therefore, the Company is issuing this press release to share this information with all shareholders. The offer is to purchase up to all of the outstanding shares of DTN at a price range of $36.00 - $41.00 or more per share subject to financing and the satisfactory results of due diligence.
