TO ALL!!!!!! Here's the deal.. those 9million shares were held by NON affiliated individuals that had no interest in TNRG. (this could be companies or persons).. They could have at any moment dumped their shares into the market float. These were NOT REG S shares.. they were standard 144 type shares. The company has taken notice of the MM's using all means possible to naked short TNRG and so they struck some deal that they will not disclose at this time. The shares were in fact cancelled. No other shares will be issued to those shareholders. No trade of stock was offered. The shareholders of these 9million are in full agreement upon what has taken place. (again it seems some future deal has been struck). This is an effort by the company to continue to fight the short position while maintaining shareholder value. This company cares about us! Now go find another 35cent stock with this kind of mgmt... there can't be many. Sure am glad to be here at the right time and the right place. jim
