Bill,

I have found much value in your well thought out posts. I hope that your analysis of the current situation is on target. I have been very unhappy with their product pricing for some time and feel that this has hurt the company more than anything else in '97. Lower margins would have been acceptable, if that was the cost of a large installed base. Apparently they did not have the ability to deliver product.

I am not pleased at all with KE resigning at this time and so quickly. It portends more bad news to come and more trouble for the stock. It is obvious that the situation was "forced" in some manner, because the interim "arrangement" does not appear to be very strong or compelling. It will be interesting to learn more of the story.

I have a cost basis under $3 on 1/2 of my shares, but like most have taken "hits" on more recent purchases. I will reevaluate my position over the next 24 hours. At this time I do not see a good reason to remain long.
