Reuters reported this afternoon the two firms which have filed the suit on behalf of the shareholders. Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP and Shavlov Stone & Bonner. The suit covers purchases between August 8,1995 and August 15,1997. Obviously, the company feels the allegations are without merit and says it will vigorously defend itself. If anyone has any further details I would appreciate hearing any and all insights.
