first, this quarter will stink dssi is not a eps play, non event in my opinion. what i see is cybercard is done on the expense and phd will be sold plus their getting one million in cash from geotek on a division they sold last year to them and they double their money. i think you could see some writeoffs as the company gets focused on meter reading and raises a ton of cash. i see an order for 7-10 million soon with a 2 million profit on it. i see more ordes overseas this year maybe another 10 million. i see tower doing nothing until july, although, i see tower partnering with intel and developing the fab this summer and by sept tower is 17-22 and by 1999 their will be a shortage in capacity in semi's and tower hits 30-50. in 1999 dssi will divest or divident tower out/ at 35 dssi shareholders will get 15 dollers alone in tower stock tax free. the meter reading will start to fully develop as big utilities start pushing for changes to reduce cost and how dssi fits in is the question.
