Joe, I got screwed using ETrade today. Usually they are good but not today. I put my order for GMTID in at 10:00(unfortuantly at market). The ask on my order preview was 1 1/2. I did not receive a confirmation until 10:17 which stated that my order was executed at 3 1/8. I sold as soon as I got my message and the sale was confirmed at 2 3/8. I have complained to ETrade and am awaiting a response. If it is not satisfactory I will take your advise and file a complaint with NASD. 17 minutes is unacceptable for a trade execution at market price. Happy trading Rich
