It seems good news on the surface. However, when you compare the previous cancellation of 2.5 millions shares, the company said that it will reduce the outstanding shares by a tenth and the float by a quarter. That means the total outstanding share number is 25 millions. Now that they cancel another 9 millions, the outstanding share number is reduced down to 35 millions only. So in reality they are issuing 21.5 million shares over the past 10 days to buy Night Hawk (the total outstanding shares jump from 22.5 million 10 days ago to now 44 million)and now they just cancel 9 millions of previous old shares to compensate the newly issued 21.5 million shares and drop the outstanding shares to 35 million. In fact there is an increase of 12.5 million shares net increase over ten days. I would like to know from someone if my math is wrong or not. I think the company has hidden something behind us. Please feel free to comment on this.
