Harry - I really don't believe management misled investors. They should not have issued warrants, but IMHO, that was a mistake in judgement. Some sleasy stockbrokers and Fahnstock was one of them pushed the warrants and then pushed the exercise of the warrants into stock to generate more commissions. The guy that schnookered my Mother-in-Law was terminated. :) BellBoy
