Keith, this is an interesting company. I would suggest reading the Annual report "when" it is filed with SEC on Edgar, it will probably shine a little more light onto what is going on with BIPL. They leave alot out of press releases. There was insider buying on this stock going into the 4th Q and growth was looking good, so I think the disappointing 4thQ caught more than just the general investing public by surprise. I am going to do some more research...if I find anything relevant I'll post. I'm getting a very strange feeling of substantial problems ahead after reading the press release. They still have a strong balance sheet however, so maybe buying on a dip isn't such a bad idea. Dave B
