Sorry Chuck,

I don't know much about Hoechst. It is probably a great company but I am leery of pre-spin-off European conglomerates after getting burned by Hanson. If I were going to go after a German company (and I am, eventually) I would go after SAP, which begins trading on the NYSE in April, I understand. Maybe not today, at its price, but, next dip. Stay in touch regarding Novartis. I am a happy "owner" so far.
