It's so nice to see the ZONA longs finally gloating about something positive, but this patent announcement has been known for some time now. Unfortunately it changes nothing as far as Zonagen's plans to file a NDA some time in the future. Again, the earliest possibility would be some time this coming Oct. or Nov. IF the FDA has no more challenges to Zonagen's shoddy data. Then we're STILL looking at a 12-18 month timeframe (after year 2000) before Vasomax even has a chance to hit the marketplace. It's going to be a long hot summer for Zonagen fans. Bradpalm1
