Mike,

I have read your 90/10 strategy and think it's worth a trial, although I have one question: How do you determine how far out in time to go?

With GTW's recent run up would you consider it a good time to open a 1/3 position? Some of the others (INTC, CPQ, AMAT, MU, TXN) have fallen recently so I am not sure if this is a good time to put them even though I think earnings are/will be dismal.
