My take from the call was that since they will be moving their HQ to Las Vegas, that they would want an American Exchange. And if not Nasdaq, why not AMEX?

I don't think they would like to go "backwards" from a BB to a Canadian exchange.

Also SEGA Japan owns 12% of Sega Gaming Tech. of Vegas.
