I went to their website... lots of info. Also read about 4 or so articles about them... looks like they have ties to Digital equiptment and are developing a product line to upgrade 600mhz to about 750-800mhz... Their spin is that they can increase by about 35% the speed... They say at -123 Centigrade the CMOS speeds double They did licence from someone a few months back to try to go to -123 Centigrade But IMG's Cryotiger will put them in and of itself in that range... They say they would have products from Polycold and APD Cryogenics... Kryotech seems to have their foot in a lot of doors from what I was reading... Actual sales so far are only about 1.2 million last year...but are evidently working on actual products for several people... Would not be surprised to hear more about this ...
