I think DGIV is still a good pick though it has already run-up alot. DGIV seems to be basing strongly at the 1.25 level or so and could run further if rumours of additional contracts exist. I am holding 1/2 my original shares (got out at 1.35) for the longer term.

I can tell you the company is in a hot industry (like Staffing) and seems to have a great PR firm (Liberty Capital) and the thread is a great one for information. Pay particular attention to the posting of Byron Glenn.
