I've said all along that they issued RESTRICTED SHARES that CANNOT BE CONVERTED TIL MARCH OF 1999!! SO THOSE SHARES DONT MATTER. What I think is that this new figure accounts for that purchase of Nighthawk and I will find out for sure. But everyone should take out of consideration those restricted shares. They won't matter for over a year and who knows where we'll be by then. My guess is ALOT more financially viable. Anyway, I read it now as having 25million outstanding intially... minus 2.5 leaving 22.5million minus approx 9million leaving 13.5million shares outstanding... and the majority of that held tightly by insiders/company/and strong investors. After all the company didn't cancel 9million shares held by the company.. they cancelled 9million shares that they were concerned might be put into the float... ALSO NO MORE SHARES WERE ISSUED on the 11.5million shares that were cancelled... but as to the exact numbers I'll check on it.. I've already got a call into the company... anyone following what I'm saying? If not lemme know and I'll try to reword it. thanks and great day as I got to buy more at .34! jim
