Jim, thanks for all of the info you have provided on this stock. However I am beginning to think that this news is just a little more hype coming from the company to get the price up. When they issue releases 3 days apart and they seem to contradict eachother as to how many shares are actually outstanding it seems fishy. Why didn't they say in te first one that the 2.5 million represents on 1/20th of the outstanding shares if there were really close to 50 million total outstanding like they now say in this release. They might have a good future but I don't like to see discrepancies like this especially coming from a penny stock that hasn't shown any earnings or revenues yet. I'd like to see some financial statements coming from them. I never heard of a company just cancelling shares that people have owned for 2 years. Yeah the stock will probably trade up tomorrow but I will be selling the rest of my position into the strong price. Thanks again for your DD.
