Shane: How does MCRE hold up on their books ? When comparing MACR with MCRE, doesn't MACR have significant cash ? What is MCRE book value ? I have MCRE shares but haven't averaged down yet as I don't see the magic product (yet) thats going attract investors. Its like the steam has dried up. However, look how quick MACR was forgiven by investors and see how 'she' has gained in share price ($13) from the mid $6 range in less than 6 or 7 months (I think). Can MCRE do it too ?
