AGREED, JOE...No more PENNY pump and dumps...NASDAQ companies with compelling stories and small floats are the way to go...
Many of us got 2nd degree burns today on PRDM. I'm know that wasn't supposed to happen, but did and does with PENNIES.
THE FIRST PLAY TODAY WAS GREAT AND AMAZING (although I couldn't get in), BUT I DID (UNFORTUNATELY) on the second and lost part of my shirt.
Joe, you do have the power to move small mountains, but many folks because of their brokers (apparently many here) or because they couldn't be one of the very early placers, got burned. When you have MM's playing games and brokerage houses that can't even verify that YOU bought the stock after 10 minutes (and therefore won't let you SELL it), makes for a really nasty situation when a stock only goes up for a few minutes.
I think you mentioned you did this same thing to this stock before (maybe the MM was wise to it and knew the dumping was coming) but regardless, I know I can't compete with those of you who can get in with huge orders early in the game. I basically think that it's kind of sad to all race like mad trying to get our order through before the next guy....somehow destroys the concept of what I think the group here is all about.
RENT was a great play...everyone had a chance to get in over a 2-3 hour period and make money the next day. I hope we ALL can make some money next time...so much more fun when we all win, right?
NO disrespect toward you...you tried to be fair I know, but when a stock moves so fast, 2/3 of us can only sit back and watch the winners gloat (some fun).
PS- I hope that at least some of you who "won" don't call this whining....I blame myself for pulling the trigger...I actually just wanted to commend JOE for at least "trying" to be fair, and at the same time let others know they weren't the only ones who lost.
Maybe a rating system guesstimate: i.e caution that this one could be HIGH RISK- MUST BE REAL QUICK TO GET IN AND OUT might be in order...
or SUGGEST A BUY UP TO 1.25/share and no higher; or "this is a 20 minute play only" or a "probably a 2-3 day play...again a guidance guesstimate of some kind (with no guarantees of course)
Here's to a better tommorow...thanks for listening Joe...great job overall,
