Currently, the Attorney General does not have much of a case against LU and I don't think they ever will. For one, they have not shown any signs of monopolistic actions as of yet, and they still do have a long list of competitors out there. Microsoft, on the other hand, has relatively no competition for their Operating System which is causing the whole DOJ situation. They "according to the DOJ" are using this monopoly to leverage other products. LU, on the other hand, still has and always will have NT, TLAB, QCOM, MOT, NOK.A, ERICY....(the list goes on and on) as competition, because they have such a broad product line. The DOJ is not one of my worries for LU for now, possibly, a long way down the road, something may come up. But as for now, there are no signs of this happening.
