Hi Bruce,

Get back from Cleveland and boy are things ugly(G). I feel bad
about the late comers but they ought to see how a 100k+ share
position takes these drops(GGGGG). Folks, we're all in the same
boat and it's time we started rowing the same direction. If you
have tuff questions, ask them in a positive manner as there are
many things that need discussing and cussing(G). I'll throw out
a few for starters......

1. The tape of the last few days......either the mm's have some
serious overhead they know about and therefore feel no need to
play fair or something is afoot within their group. I tend to
feel it is the former and don't want on the "conspiracy theory"
train.

2. When or will the WorldPass deal finalize? A) We may be waiting
on the sale of the SMTK stock to have the needed cash for the deal
or B)negotiations have gotten sticky and WP wants toooooo much of
the pie or C) Joe Murphy has found a better deal and is pursuing
that option......time will tell......

3. 4Q numbers......who knows outside the company? I don't nor do
I even have a reasonable guess. They could range from 1 million
to who knows. I do know there were some technical problems with
Cyberfax that have been remedied but I have no idea where we are at
with the revenue stream. I don't know if the minutes are billed at
a use + 30 days or not. It is an area have I have not pursued with
Mr. Murphy because I don't think that info should be for my personal
ears.

If you want to discuss please feel free....if you want to bash or
badmouth....hit the road, Jack, and don'tcha come back(GGGGGG).
