yiliang has a population of 380000 people assuming a conservative estimate of 10 people per household that would mean 38000 households x 6 dollars per household = 228000 per month 240 costs perhousehold x 38000 = 9120000 9120000 divided by 228000 = 40 months to recoup costs of construction this of course is very rough estimate but give you all an idea
